The Opportunity

PDI is looking for a Customer Success and Sales Executive to nurture for PDI’s CallTime.ai fundraising division.

This position would be a dual role where the responsibilities would include working with existing customers as well as generating new sales with new customers.

Our strong reputation for quality, reliability and service have fueled our growth for 34 years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about political fundraising and high quality software.

This role is remote and reports to the CEO of PDI.

The compensation for this role is expected to be $90-100K based on experience.


  • Work closely with current and prospective customers with demos, onboarding, ongoing support and renewals
  • Nurture relationships with enterprise customers
  • Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • Learn our products inside-out
  • Generate leads through networking online and in person at industry conferences

Must Haves

  • Experience with political fundraising
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies and the political tech industry
  • Ability to work with large, sophisticated enterprise clients
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, helping prioritize and sequence what needs to happen when
  • Ability to develop a sales narratives, materials, and pitches
  • You are passionate about social impact and the progressive movement

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise clients
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience using Hubspot or other CRM and sales technology
