The Opportunity

PDI is looking for a Customers Success and Account Executive to nurture enterprise customers of PDI’s broad suite of organizing products including: digital organizing, relational organizing, P2P texting, phone banking, dialers, voter registration and canvassing products as well as new products in development.

This position would be a dual role where the responsibilities would include working with existing enterprise customers to improve their success with PDI tools as well as generating new sales with both existing and new customers. The primary focus of this position will be working with clients outside of PDI’s traditional CA customer base.

Our strong reputation for quality, reliability and service have fueled our growth for 34 years. Historically, PDI has primarily focused on the California market. This role will focus on expanding PDI’s customer base around the country. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making sure the end customer is making the most out of the software they purchase.

This role is remote and reports to the CEO of PDI. The compensation for this role is expected to be $100-150K based on experience.


  • Work closely with enterprise customers with onboarding, ongoing support, renewals and upselling
  • Generate enterprise sales with existing and new customers of PDI’s organizing products with an emphasis outside California with large organizations, state parties and campaigns
  • Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies
  • Learn our products inside-out
  • Conduct demos for prospective enterprise clients
  • Generate leads through networking online and in person at industry conferences
  • Work with product management and development team to review new releases and recommend new features to be developed

Must Haves

  • Willingness to learn about new technologies and the political tech industry
  • Experience working on or with political campaigns
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients
  • Ability to work with large, sophisticated enterprise clients
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, helping prioritize and sequence what needs to happen when
  • Ability to develop a sales narratives, materials, and pitches
  • Either previous sales experience, OR existing relationships in the progressive campaign world, particularly in labor and campaigns
  • You are passionate about social impact and the progressive movement
